If you receive a wrong product or one that is expired, you have to connect with our customer service agent and raise a complaint or return/replacement request with us within 7 days of delivery. You can either chat with us or call us at the number provided on our website.
In case you receive a product that is damaged, for example has a leak, you must raise a complaint on the day of delivery and send us a picture of the order you received. You will receive a guaranteed refund in such cases.
After a quick review of the request/complaint you raised, we will work on assigning a courier partner to pick up the product/s. The courier charges will be returned to you when we receive the package.
Once the package is received, we will review it and cross-check it with the complaint and initiate the replacement or refund, as the case may be.

- Used product
- Changed packaging
- Complaint raised post 7 days of delivery
- Damaged or missing product is raised post the day of delivery
